All deposits on vehicles are 100% non-refundable. (Unless otherwise discussed) Deposit definition - (a sum payable as a first installment on the purchase of something or as a pledge for a contract, the balance being payable later). When a deposit is received on a vehicle it takes that vehicle off the market and that vehicle is no longer available to the public. Balance must be financed or paid in full within 7 days of the deposit or the deposit will be forfeited to the dealership, and vehicle will be placed back on the market for sale.
